How much is the delivery?

 UK: Delivery is free on orders £60.00 and over. Orders under £60.00 have a £3.65 delivery fee.

 UK: We estimate delivery at 3-5 working days. Posted through MyHermes.

 Delivery estimations start from the next working day.

 Working days are Monday - Friday


International Delivery

We have now introduced a cheaper and faster way to post outside of the UK. We have teamed with the manufacturer factory to have your orders posted straight out from there to you to save on both time and money. International postage now costs the same rate as the UK. 

Please allow 21 days for international orders.

orders of multiple items may be posted out separately to ease the fulfilment process.

Pre-Order Items

We have now introduced, a pre-order section to the website for international customers to order. UK customers can also order through here if an item they want is out of stock. Please allow 21 days for delivery.  


I have not received my order?

 The estimations we give are to be used as a guideline only, we can not guarantee delivery within the estimated time. Please allow up to 14 days for UK.

 I gave you the wrong address?

 Please check your details before ordering as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us ASAP to allow us to try to rectify the matter if possible.


 How do I return an item/cancel my order?


You have up to 14 calendar days, starting the day after receiving your items, to let us know you wish to return your item. You can do so by emailing us at customerservices@cuteasabuttonboutique.co.uk  Items will need to be in the original condition and and reach us within 14 days from arranging the return. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item (though usually sooner) The refund will include the standard delivery cost  (unless you received, or were entitled to,  free delivery, in which case no delivery fee will be refunded). The refund will not include the return postage to us. 

 My item is faulty?

 We quality check all of our items so we can be sure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, if we have fallen short with your order then you can contact us by emailing customerservices@cuteasabuttonboutique.co.uk and we will arrange the return with you. We of course will also refund your 2nd class standard delivery. We just ask that you get proof of postage.


An item is not classed as faulty if the 'fault' is normal wear and tear. We will fully refund any faulty item that has been returned/rejected within 5 weeks. After this date, we may exchange or partially refund the item.

We are more than happy to measure items of clothing for you. If you contact us with the items you are interested in then we will tell you the measurements
